By booking a stay at Casa Vista al Mar, guests agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies ensure safety, compliance, and a comfortable experience for all guests.

• A reservation is not confirmed until full payment is received and verified.
   
• Payment methods accepted include Cards, PayPal, Venmo, and Cash App.
   
• Rates, fees, and cleaning fees are disclosed prior to payment.
   

• Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival receive a full refund.
   
• Cancellations within 0–29 days are non-refundable.
   
• No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.
   

• Only guests listed at the time of booking may stay overnight.
   
• Undisclosed guests will incur a $100 per person, per night charge.
   
• No visitors or outside guests are allowed without prior written approval.
   

• Casa Vista al Mar does not allow pets or service animals due to severe allergies and property limitations.
   
• If a pet is found on-site, guests will be immediately evicted without refund.

• No parties or events are allowed.
   
• Quiet hours are 10 PM – 7 AM.
   
• Smoking or vaping inside the home is strictly prohibited.

• Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
   
• Missing linens, towels, décor, or furniture will be billed to the guest.
   
• Casa Vista al Mar is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
   

• Guests must shower before entering the pool.
   
• No eating or glass containers near the pool.
   
• Use pool towels only outdoors.

• Driveway fits one small SUV or sedan.
   
• Additional parking is available parallel in front of the home.

• Garbage pickup is Wednesdays at 7 AM.
   
• Guests staying Tuesday night must place the garbage bin at the curb.

Electricity in Puerto Rico is extremely expensive. Please turn off A/C, lights, and fans when not in use.
 

Failure to follow these terms may result in eviction and forfeiture of payments.
